We hope that you are satisfied with our products from moroguu. Through the whole process, we deeply value the efforts of our designers, craftsmen and everyone that went into these handmade products. However, in the scenario that the items were unsatisfactory, or below your expectations, we are happy to make an exchange.

Exchanges are applicable on a case-by-case basis.

By Mail
As we are based online, returns are only via mail at the customers' own shipping costs.

You may return your order using the following steps:

Drop us an email to hello@moroguu.com with your invoice and order number
Attached a picture with reason(s) for exchange. Our Customer Service will get in touch with you, should we deemed a reasonable basis for exchange, please prepare the package accordingly.
Pack the item(s) and send the parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to: 1 Sin Ming Ave #06-05 (S) 575728

Your return must be made within 14 days from the date upon receiving the product in new, unused and original packaging condition.

We will not be responsible for any lost packages, therefore, it is important that your return is sent via a traceable mailing option. Thank you, we hope to receive your parcels and looking forward to your next purchase!
